All orders are to be mainland addresses
only.
All prices quoted by Tile and Stone
Care are in £ Sterling.
We try to ensure that the information shown
on Tile and Stone Care site is as accurate as possible. Tile and
Stone Care cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on
this site, including but not limited to those regarding price.
All products and services are subject to availability
and may be withdrawn from sale at any time. If for any reason goods
ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or
given a full refund. All goods remain the property of Tile and Stone
Care until full payment is received.
Damage or shortages If goods arrive in a damaged
condition or if there is a shortage in delivery you must note this
on the carrier’s delivery schedule. It is your responsibility
to inform us within 3 days of delivery of any damages or shortages.
Special Order Items
Special Order Items cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the supplier.
Returns
If you decide you do not require the goods, they may be returned
within 7 days of receiving them (at your own expense) for a full
refund. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in
a perfect condition. Goods supplied direct from a manufacturer,
or on a special order basis i.e. certain Versace ranges, cannot
be returned. We therefore advise that an accurate measure be taken
for your tiles, before ordering. If any item is returned damaged
we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with our costs
of processing the sale.
All sales shall be deemed to be between Buyer
(you) and Seller (us) upon the Terms and Conditions of sale. In
the event of conflict between these Conditions and any put forward
by the buyer, these Conditions shall prevail.
These terms and conditions do not affect
your statutory rights.
Complaints
Tile and Stone Care is a division Taylor Tiles
(Holdings) Ltd. We try very hard to provide high quality customer
service but at the end of the day we are only human and we do make
mistakes (we promise though that if we do, we will do our best to
put them right).
We take complaints very seriously indeed. If
you do wish to complain then please e-mail us at info@taylortiles.co.uk.

Due to regular attempted fraudulent orders
we always undertake a number of checks to ensure that our losses
are kept to a minimum. During these checks we may consult a credit
reference agency about you who will record the search.

responsible for the privacy practices of these sites.
If we decide to change or update our privacy
policy we will post these changes on our site so that our users
are always aware of the information that we collect about them and
how we use it.

Security
In direct on-line purchasing cases, credit
card details are sent using secure server software. This means that
the information sent is coded in such a way that, in the extremely
unlikely event that someone is somehow able to obtain this information,
only we can decode the information to obtain your details.
You can tell that the pages are secure because
the address in the Address bar changes from being hhtp:// to https://.
You will also see a padlock symbol or key in the bottom bar of your
browser.
If your credit or debit card is used fraudulently
most banks and card issuers will not hold you responsible for any
the charges, or may only hold you liable for up to £50.00.
Our Guarantee in the extremely unlikely event
that your credit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of
ordering from Tile and Stone Care, then if your bank or credit card
company holds you responsible (which it may not do). We will cover
liability up to £50.00, provided that the unauthorised use
is through no fault of your own.
NOTE: This offer only applies to orders placed
through our secure server, and there is a maximum liability of £50.00.
In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you
must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting
rules and procedures.
Still Not Sure?
If you are still uncertain about Internet security on Tile and Stone
Care, then there is an alternative way to place your order. Proceed
with your order as normal, then email a request to info@taylortiles.co.uk
, stating the quotation number and we will process your order over
the telephone.
Delivery Charges
We set our delivery charges based on the quantity
of product purchased its weight and the location to which we are
delivering. If you wish however you may arrange your own collection
from one of our branches. See our showroom section for addresses,
and inform us of the branch you wish to collect from when you place
your order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are normally between 7 and 14 days subject to stock
availability. We always contact you in advance to advise you on
which day to expect your order (as long as we have stock and can
contact you to confirm delivery, your purchase should be with you
in no more than 7 days). Sorry but we are not able to say at which
time of day an item will be delivered.
If you have specific delivery requirements;
if a lorry cannot access your delivery address; or the property
is only accessible via a staircase, then please contact us and we
will do our best to help. This may incur an extra charge, but we
will try our best to avoid this whenever possible. Delivery other
than our standard service may incur an excess charge.
